The vortex pipe is of a cylindrical structure with the height being greater than the outer diameter of the throat pipe, and the vortex pipe is provided with a hole on the surface which is arranged in the middle of a cylindrical surface and close to the outer side in the height direction. The throat pipe is vertically connected into the hole and internally tangential with the vortex pipe. The jet-flow water distributor is uniformly distributed in the anaerobic tank, and the vortex pipe is vertically installed. Due to adopting the anaerobic tank jet-flow water distribution blending system, the blending of raw water and active sludge can be promoted, the anaerobic reaction efficiency is improved, and uneasiness in blockage can be achieved. The water distributors are uniformly distributed inside an anaerobic tank, so that the water inside the anaerobic tank can be uniformly blended, no dead corner exists, and the utilization rate of the device can be improved.
