Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a water soluble non-setting adhesive. The method comprises the following steps of: swelling the gelatin in normal-temperature water in a container, adding an additive, heating the mixture, stirring to allow the gelatin and the additive to dissolve in water completely, adding polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and continuing stirring till the polyvinyl pyrrolidone dissolves completely; and sealing the container at last, keeping the temperature in the container, dewatering the product in a vacuum dewatering device, cooling the product, discharging the product to be stored. The soluble non-setting adhesive is suitable to be used on paper trademarks or tags, has characteristics of common non-setting adhesive and can be torn off and adhere repeatedly. The non-setting adhesive can quickly and completely dissolve in water without leaving any traces on materials to be adhered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a self-adhesive suitable for paper or paper-plastic composite trademarks and labels, in particular to a preparation method of a water-soluble self-adhesive. Background technique [0002] With the increasing development of commodity packaging, the amount and quality of self-adhesives for trademarks and labels are increasingly demanding. The most common self-adhesives are generally water-based acrylic modified emulsions, which are coated on commodity or label substrates. Then it is dried. This kind of self-adhesive has the advantages of high initial adhesion and good holding force, so it has been widely used in commodities, labels and self-adhesive tapes. But this kind of self-adhesive has a fatal shortcoming that the pasted items are not easy to peel off after a long time of pasting, and it is not easy to wash and clean them even with detergent, so the pasted items are easy to leave dirt , thereby affecting the appearance and a...
