[0023] Two pairs of indica rice cultivars Jiaxian 7 and Z91-43 (low temperature sensitive) and Fu 8329 and Zhe 9248 (low temperature tolerant) with significant differences in low temperature tolerance were used as research materials. In October 2011 and April 2012, experiments were carried out in the laboratory of China Rice Research Institute in Fuyang, Zhejiang Province. A completely random design was adopted, and plump seeds were selected. The seeds were disinfected and soaked with sodium hypochlorite for 48 hours, and then germinated at 28-30°C for 24 hours.
