Abstract

A polymerization inhibitor is stirred to be dissolved in a dissolving tank filled with a small amount of NVP crude product; and the dissolved NVP crude product containing polymerization inhibitor is quantitatively added into a rectification material via a metering tank in a continuous and dropwise addition mode or one-step mode, thereby ensuring the sufficient amount of the polymerization inhibitor in the rectification material and having the function of preventing NVP from polymerization. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple technique and higher product yield, reduces the waste residues, enhances the production efficiency, lowers the production cost, and also lowers the environmental pollution.
