Abstract

The invention discloses a continuous water-level control system based on a singlechip, which is used for realizing continuous control and water level tracking. The system mainly comprises circuits such as a singlechip controller module, a stepping motor driving module, a water level detection module, a water inlet / outlet module and the like, wherein the stepping motor is a digital control motor which is used for converting electric pulse into angular displacement, i.e., the stepping motor rotates by a fixed angle along a set direction once a pulse signal is given. A water level signal is acquired by using a metal bar and the electric conductivity of water, the output level of a singlechip port is used for controlling a relay to control a water pump, the steps of the stepping motor are counted, and a practical water level in a water tank can be measured in real time through a simple digital model, so that continuous control and water level tracking are realized, and the water level is displayed in real time through a liquid crystal. The scheme has the characteristics of novel design thought, simple principle, easiness in realizing, high accuracy and the like; and the control system has important signification to the improvement of the industrial automation level and the living water quality.
