Embodiment 1

[0043] (1) Preparation of catalyst solid components

[0044] Under nitrogen protection, add 4.8g of anhydrous magnesium chloride, 19.5g of isooctyl alcohol and 19.5g of decane solvent into a 500ml reactor equipped with a stirrer, heat to 130°C, react for 1.5 hours until magnesium chloride is completely dissolved, and add 1.1g Phthalic anhydride, continue to react at 130°C for 1 hour to obtain an alcoholate; cool the alcoholate to room temperature. Under the protection of nitrogen, the above alcoholate was added dropwise to 120ml of titanium tetrachloride solution precooled to -22°C, slowly warmed up to 100°C, and 10mmol of 4-ethyl-3,5-heptanediol diol was added For the benzoate compound, heat up to 110°C for 2 hours, filter while hot, add 120 ml of titanium tetrachloride, raise the temperature to 110°C for 1 hour, and filter. Add 80ml of toluene and 2.66g of tributyl phosphate, and maintain at 90°C for half an hour. The solid particles were washed 4 times with anhydrous hexa...

Embodiment 2

[0048] With embodiment 1, difference is to add tributyl phosphate 1.33g. Aggregated data are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0050] Same as Example 1, except that 0.9 g of triethyl phosphate was added. Aggregated data are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention provides a catalyst component for olefin polymerization. The catalyst component is prepared by: mixing a magnesium compound, an organic alcohol compound and an inert solvent, and adding an assistant precipitation agent to obtain an alcohol adduct; contacting the alcohol adduct with a titanium compound solution, then adding an internal electron donor compound and leaving them to react, conducting filtration to separate solid particles; adding the solid particles into the titanium compound solution, carrying out stirring and leaving them to react, and conducting filtration to separate solid particles; washing the solid particles by the inert solvent, and performing drying. Specifically, a phosphorus-containing compound is added during the steps. And the phosphorus content of the catalyst component is 0.2-3.0wt%. The internal electron donor compound contains at least one diol ester compound selected from the following general formula (I). When the catalyst is used for olefin polymerization, especially propylene polymerization, a polymer with a high isotactic index and a high melt flow rate can be obtained. Particularly under a high hydrogen concentration, a polymer with a high melt flow rate and a high isotactic index can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of olefin polymerization catalysts. Further, the present invention relates to a phosphorus-containing catalyst component and catalyst comprising a glycol ester internal electron donor. Background technique [0002] Stereoregularity and melt flow rate are two important indicators of polyolefins. Polyolefin products with high stereoregularity have high rigidity and crystallization properties, which are conducive to the production of high-strength products, and can usually be measured by isotactic index. Melt flow rate is a measure of a polymer's ability to flow under certain conditions and provides an indicator of the processing properties of a polymer resin, such as extrusion or molding, where the polymer resin must be softened or melted. The method of peroxide thermal degradation of the polymer during the extrusion process by controlling the rheology usually brings about problems such as increased cost and d...
