Abstract

The invention discloses a modified PP (polypropylene) material with long carbon fiber and reinforced conductivity and a preparation method thereof. The modified PP material with the long carbon fiber and the reinforced conductivity comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-70% of PP resin, 3-5% of compatilizer, 5-10% of flexibilizer, 3-5% of coupling agent, 1-3% of conductive carbon black, 5-40% of long carbon fiber and 1-3% of plastic processing additive. According to the modified PP material with the long carbon fiber and the reinforced conductivity, the PP resin is employed as matrix resin, the long carbon fiber is employed as packing, and the both are in synergistic effect when in melt extrusion process, therefore the modified PP material with the long carbon fiber and the reinforced conductivity is endowed with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, bending strength, bending modulus and impact strength, and excellent conductivity. The modified PP material with the long carbon fiber and the reinforced conductivity is simple in process, easy in controlling of conditions, low in cost, low in requirements on equipment, and applicable to industrial production.
