The bactericidal composition comprises the effective components of the pyraclostrobin and the fluxapyroxad in a compounding manner, wherein the mass ratio of the pyraclostrobin to the fluxapyroxad is (5-35): (35-5), the total mass of the pyraclostrobin and the fluxapyroxad as the effective components in a preparation takes up to 1-80% of the total mass of the entire preparation, and the rest is allowed and accepted auxiliary components in a pesticide. The bactericidal composition disclosed by the invention can be used for preparing pesticide formulations such as emulsifiable concentrate, a suspending agent, wettable powder, a water dispersible granule, an emulsion in water and a micro-emulsion.
