Abstract

The invention discloses a wooden sound-insulation fireproof door which comprises a door frame, door leaves, door closers matched with the door leaves, a door lock, hinges and fireproof sound-insulation sealing strips. Joints of the door frame and the door leaves are isolated by the fireproof sound-insulation sealing strips, and fireproof layers are arranged on exposed surfaces of the door frame. Rectangular wooden borders are manufactured into frameworks of the door leaves, perlite is compacted in inner cavities of the frameworks, and two fireproof plates respectively fully cover two surfaces of each framework to form a fireproof structure. A sound-insulation plate with the thickness ranging from 1mm to 3mm is adhered on each fireproof plate to form a sound-insulation layer, and face plates used as exterior trimming layers are attached to surfaces of the sound-insulation plates. The wooden sound-insulation fireproof door has the advantages that the sound-insulation plates are directly composited on the fireproof plates, a fireproof function is prevented from being deteriorated, and a sound-insulation effect can be realized; and the joints of the door frame and the door leaves are isolated by the fireproof sound-insulation sealing strips, and the door is sealed tightly after being closed, and is good in sound-insulation effect.
