Abstract

The invention discloses a method of measuring plasticizer migration in an esterified starch film. The method includes the following steps of (1) method establishment and (2) detection, wherein the (1) method establishment includes that firstly, characteristic absorption spectrums of esterified starch films of different glyceryl triacetate standard contents are obtained by utilizing an ATR-FTIR method; secondly, the glyceryl triacetate contents in different materials are measured by utilizing a thermogravimetric analysis system; thirdly, ether bond infrared characteristic absorption peaks of the glyceryl triacetate and the esterified starch are in peak resolution process to obtain characteristic peak areas; and fourthly, a linear regression model for plasticizer contents is established with the help of a peak area ratio. The (2) detection includes that starch film infrared characteristic chromatogram is obtained by utilizing the ATR-FTIR method after food model system is contacted, and corresponding glyceryl triacetate contents are calculated by the peak area ratio according to the regression model in (1). The method of measuring the plasticizer migration in the esterified starch film needs not to pretreat samples. The method of measuring the plasticizer migration in the esterified starch film has the advantages of being simple, convenient to use, rapid, accurate, safe, environment-friendly and the like.

Description

technical field

[0001] The invention belongs to the field of research and development of detection methods for migration of plasticizers in packaging materials, in particular to a rapid detection method for migration of plasticizers in starch-based biodegradable packaging materials. Background technique

[0002] Traditional plastic packaging causes serious environmental pollution and energy consumption (Tharanathan R.N. Biodegradable films and composite coatings: past, present and future. Trends in Food Science & Technology, 2003, 14: 71-78; Siracusa V., Rocculi P., Romani S. , et al., Biodegradable polymers for food packaging: a review. Trends in Food Science & Technology, 2008, 19, 634-643.). Various biodegradable polymer materials have attracted much attention, among which starch degradable products have great development potential and application value (Viera M.G.A., Da Silva M.A., Dos Santos L.O., et al., Natural-based plasticizers and biopolymer films: A review.
