The bottom light-transmitting area and the top light-transmitting area are made of quartz glass, and length of the quartz glass of a lower centrifugal chamber portion and a centrifugal chamber door of the bottom light-transmitting area and the top light-transmitting area and length of a thickness incident plane of the triangular prism are equal to length of the centrifugal cup.
