Problems solved by technology

Since the oil transfer line must be more than 15m (to ensure that the gas-liquid phase has a certain stratification time, which is beneficial to improve product quality and the extraction rate of the vacuum tower), the large-diameter and long-distance oil transfer line occupies a large part of the investment in vacuum distillation equipment. At the same time, factors such as heat loss and pressure drop increase are not conducive to the operation of the vacuum distillation tower, and the resulting thermal stress and thermal displacement cause certain difficulties in design and installation in terms of safety.

Embodiment 1

[0050] The method of the present invention is used in the design of a new 10 million tons / year crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, and the decompression part process flow and figure 1 Same as shown.

[0051] The processing capacity of the decompression unit is 5.5 million tons per year. The decompression process includes a decompression furnace, a decompression flash tower, a decompression distillation tower and a decompression flash tank. The vacuum distillation tower is a structured packing tower, which is operated by a wet process. The steam blowing volume at the bottom of the tower is 1% of the feed to the tower, the operating pressure at the top of the tower is 1.315 kPa, and the pressure drop of the whole tower is 685 Pa.

[0052] The constant bottom oil 1 is fed into the vacuum distillation device at 650 tons / hour, heated to 400°C by the vacuum furnace 2, and then enters the vacuum flash tower 4, and the pressure of the flash tower is controlled at 10 kP...

Embodiment 2

[0064] The method of the present invention is used to expand the capacity of a certain 8 million tons / year crude oil atmospheric and vacuum device to 10 million tons / year transformation. The transformation of the atmospheric pressure part is the same as the conventional atmospheric and vacuum unit, and the processing capacity of the decompression unit has been expanded from the original 4.5 million tons / year to 5.5 million tons / year.

[0065] The decompression process includes a vacuum furnace, a vacuum flash tower, a vacuum distillation tower and a vacuum flash tank.

[0066] The constant bottom oil 1 is fed into the vacuum distillation device at 650 tons / hour, heated to 400°C by the vac...

Abstract

The invention discloses a reduced pressure distillation method with low energy consumption and deep total distillation rate. By arranging a reduced pressure flashing tower behind a reduced pressure heating furnace, light fractions vaporized by heat are separated out, load of a reduced pressure distillation tower is reduced and energy consumption of an apparatus is reduced; by arranging a reduced pressure flashing tank behind the reduced pressure distillation tower, relatively light fractions in reduced pressure residues can be further flashed under a vacuum degree higher than that of the bottom of a reduced pressure distillation tower, yield of reduced pressure distillate oil is increased, and thus a reduced pressure distillation operation with low energy consumption and deep total drawing rate can be realized. With the reduced pressure distillation method, the content of fractions with a temperature lower than 500 DEG C in the reduced pressure residues can be reduced to the minimum, so that the distillation rate of the reduced pressure distillation is increased and economic benefits of the apparatus can be increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of petroleum refining, and relates to a low-energy deep extraction vacuum distillation method. Specifically, it relates to a vacuum distillation method for increasing extraction rate and reducing energy consumption in the vacuum distillation process of crude oil. technical background [0002] Atmospheric and vacuum distillation process of crude oil in refinery is the first process of petroleum refining. It divides crude oil into components with different distillation ranges by distillation to meet the process requirements of products and downstream devices for raw materials. The vacuum distillation process is to use the principle of vacuum distillation to reduce the pressure on the surface of the liquid by vacuuming, thereby reducing the boiling point of the liquid and vaporizing the relatively light components in the liquid mixture to achieve the purpose of fractionation. The vacuum distillation process requires ext...
