The patch disclosed by the invention adopts a transdermal drug delivery system (TDDS) technology, and the nerves calming and sleep aiding effects of the asbolin and the lavender essential oil and the cooling and refreshing effects of the menthol and the alcohol are integrated to prepare a hydrogel patch.
