The pharmaceutical composition comprises other components in parts by weight as follows: 80-99.99 parts of a matrix, 0-10 parts of a preservative, 0-10 parts of an antioxidant, 0-20 parts of a wetting agent and 0-10 parts of a preservative. The preparation with SOD as a main active component is exact in curative effect and free from adverse effect.
