The invention relates to a sound-insulating, ventilating and heat transfer enhancing acoustic metamaterial structural unit, which comprises a frame, wherein a restraining body is arranged inside the frame, and at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of the frame is coated with a thin film; and at least one hole is formed in the restraining body and the thin film. In addition, the invention provides an acoustic metamaterial composite plate and an acoustic metamaterial composite structure comprising the acoustic metamaterial structural unit, as well as a frequency modulation method and an assembly method. The acoustic metamaterial structural unit has sound insulation capability superior to that of an ordinary perforated plate or micro-perforated plate within a broadband, can ensure that sufficient heat flow, air flow or liquid flow can pass through smoothly, and increases heat diffusion rate of fluid media on both sides of holes and accelerates heat convection efficiency through unit localized vibration generated by the structure under excitation of acoustic waves. The acoustic metamaterial structural unit and the array composite structure have the advantages of simple assembly technology and stable working performance.

A microorganism desulfurizing and sulfur recycling method. A gas material flow containing hydrogen sulfide is fed into an absorption column and then is subjected to chemical absorption with an alkali solution sprayed from the top of the column in a counter-contact manner, wherein treated purified gas is discharged out from the top of the absorption column. A back-washing apparatus is arranged in the absorption column to wash the sulfur attached to a filling material. A rich solution, in which the hydrogen sulfide is dissolved, is fed into a rich solution tank from the bottom of the absorption column and then is fed into a bio-reactor for aeration, so that a carrier, on which desulfurization bacteria is immobilized, is fluidized and the sulfide in the absorption solution is biologically oxidized to generate elementary sulfur. The regenerated solution containing the sulfur then is fed into a settling tank through an overflow weir of the bio-reactor and a supernatant liquid is fed into a barren solution tank. The supernatant liquid then is fed back to the absorption column for being recycled through a barren solution pump. Sulfur slurry in the bottom layer is discharged through the bottom of the settling tank and then is subjected to solid-liquid separation in a centrifugal machine to obtain biological sulfur. A separated filtrate is fed back to the bio-reactor for being recycled. The bio-desulfurization technology is green and environment-friendly, is energy-saving and emission-reducing and can recycle resources, and has social, economical and environmental benefits.

The process is: in a direct transmission phase, a base station S broadcasts a superposition coding signal xs of information x1 required by a central user U1 and information x2 required by an edge user U2, performing: the U1, a U3, and a relayR respectively decode x2 received signals by adopting a least mean square error algorithm, and then U1 decodes x1 using a serial interference cancellation algorithm; in a cooperative transmission phase, the S broadcasts x2 information required by the U3, the R broadcasts x2, and the U1 broadcasts x2 according to a dynamic protocol, respectively: U3 decodes x3 the received signals using MMSE; andthe U2 decodes x2 the received signals using maximum ratio combining and MMSE. The method is used in the field of wireless cooperative relay transmission.

Method of fermenting and composting feces of livestock and poultry

The disclosure relates to a method of fermenting and composting feces of livestock and poultry, which contains antibiotics and heavy metal ions. The method includes the following steps: under electrolytic treatment conditions, contacting a mixture material containing the feces of livestock and poultry with a compound catalyst to perform fermentation and composting, so that organic pollutants in the feces of livestock and poultry are subjected to an oxidization reaction on an anode while the heavy metal ions are subjected to a reducing reaction on a cathode and are converted into precipitates, thereby producing safe and effective organic fertilizers. In the method, the composting treatment of the feces of livestock and poultry is carried out with assistance of an electrochemical method, so that not only are antibiotics in the feces of livestock and poultry removed but also heavy metal ions are recovered. Meanwhile, by adding the compound catalyst, a synergistic effect on the composting process and the electrochemical reaction is achieved, so that the composting reaction is effectively accelerated and speed of electrolytically removing the antibiotics and heavy metal ions is increased, thereby increasing composting fertilizer efficiency and shortening composting period.
