An atomizing nebulizer for dispensing a substance or medicament is described. The nebulizer is formed with a reservoir base releasably secured to an effluent vent cap that together capture a diffuser and integral dispersing baffle that are further formed with an uptake lumen or channel terminating with a nozzle jet. The diffuser dispersing baffle is positioned relative to the jet nozzle to optimize atomization of any of a number of such substances so as to maximize disbursement of the substance. The reservoir base also incorporates a pressurized fluid-accelerating inlet tube terminated with a metering orifice that cooperates with the nozzle jet when the inlet tube is received within the diffuser uptake lumen or channel. When so received, the nozzle jet axially registers proximate and superior to the orifice to establish a vacuum space that is in fluid communication with a capillary interstice established between the walls of the exterior of the inlet tube and the confronting interior surface of the diffuser lumen or channel. When a pressurized fluid is communicated through the lumen, the orifice, and into the vacuum space towards the nozzle jet, a vacuum develops in the vacuum space that, in combination with the capillary action of the interstice, draws the fluid proximate to the orifice and disperses it into droplets that are then entrained into a fluid stream to be further atomized upon impact with the baffle and then dispensed.

The method comprises the steps that a roughness curve is input in a numerical controlled flame cutting machine to cut stainless steel plates, and standard joint surface mold plates with different roughness are obtained; a mold for making the rough joint surface is obtained through assembling, a joint surface mold plate with the corresponding roughness is selected, and spaces between standard joint mold plates are adjusted according to opening of the prefabricated joint surface; a machining groove is filled with liquid replication materials, and after cooling forming is conducted, replication material joint pieces are obtained through demolding and cutting; the joint pieces are fixed on preset positions of a test piece machining mold, and liquid rock-like materials are injected into the mold; demolding is conducted after forming, the rock-like test piece is subjected to high temperature, the joint pieces are melt and flow out, and the rock-like test piece with the joint surface with specific roughness is obtained. The method has the advantages of being easy and convenient to operate, easy to repeat, low in cost, high in accuracy and the like, and the method has a wide application prospect in test research of physical and mechanical property of rock structure surfaces.

The composite thin film comprises a substrate and a functional film which is deposited on the substrate and integrates the photothermal conversion performance and the adsorption characteristics, wherein the substrate is a micro-nano thin film with a porous structure; the functional film is made of nonmetal inorganic substances integrating the photothermal conversion performance and the adsorption characteristics. The composite thin film is placed on the upper surface of a to-be-adsorbed solution and is enabled to float on an interface of the solution and air and be sufficiently contacted with the solution, the functional film effectively adsorbs pollutants in the solution, and the purpose of adsorbing the pollutants is achieved; meanwhile, the floating composite thin film is illuminated, a photothermal conversion effect of the nonmetal inorganic substances in the composite thin film is triggered, a local heating effect is generated at the interface of the solution and air, and rapid evaporation of a solvent is promoted, so that the pollutants are accelerated to be diffused into and adsorbed by the composite thin film. The method adopting the composite thin film for sewage purification has the advantages of high adsorption capacity, high adsorption rate, high interface heating and evaporating speed and the like.

The display debug system of the invention comprises a host computer and a target display, wherein, the host computer comprises a graphics card unit, a driver layer and an application program layer; the graphic card unit comprises a video graphic array interface; the target display comprises an image zooming chip and a video graphic array interface; wherein, the application program layer comprises a plurality of chip type data and a graphic user interface; the host computer and the target display are connected and communicated with each other through the video graphic array interfaces of each other; the application program layer is communicated with the driver layer through an input and output control channel; the driver layer controls and drives the graphics card unit for reading and writing the image zooming chip; data of the image zooming chip is displayed on the target display through the graphic user interface; after modification and debugging, a debug result is directly displayed on the target display. The display debug system of the invention has the advantages of time saving and convenience of the display debug process and is universally used for a plurality of chips.

The modular animal digestive tract in-vitro simulation system comprises at least one animal digestive tract in-vitro simulation unit. Each animal digestive tract in-vitro simulation unit includes a frame, a reaction tank used for simulating a specific digestive tract cavity, and multiple function modules which can complete a specific and relatively independent task of intestinal tract simulation. Each frame is provided with multiple installation positions for installing the function modules and the reaction tank, and the function modules and the reaction tank are installed on the frame detachably. Each function module includes a sensor or a moving part, or includes both the sensor and the moving part. Each function module uses a separate Arduino nano 328 as a control chip, and is connected with an upper computer through a USB serial port. Each frame is equipped with a USB active hub. A USB is responsible for power supply to single chip microcomputers in the function modules and instruction transmission between upper and lower computers. Multiple function modules are integrated in one frame, so that the lab space is saved, the modules can be replaced rapidly, and a faulty module can be checked and replaced without shutdown.
