Embodiment 1

[0025] (1) Cutting of wild bean rhizome:

[0026] Cut the stems of wild bean root into 11cm budded stem segments, with 4 buds per segment; put the budded stem segments on the ultra-clean workbench, put them in 0.1% mercury chloride solution for disinfection for 4 minutes, take them out and then Rinse with 70% alcohol, then rinse 4 times with sterile water;

[0027] (2) Put the stem segments into the nutrition bag:

[0028] 2 / 3 of the stem section cut out in step (1) is implanted into the nutrition bag, and 1 / 3 is exposed outside the nutrition bag. There are 3 buds on the stem section of the implanted nutrition bag, and the nutrition bag is equipped with pH The humus soil with a value of 6.5; the humus soil in the nutrition bag is made by putting the black oil sand soil with a pH value of 6.5 into a dry pot and roasting at a high temperature of 75°C;

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for propagating a wild Vietnamese sophora root through cottage. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a wild Vietnamese sophora rootstalk is cut, (2) rootstalk sections are placed into nutrient bags, (3) heat-preservation cultivation is conducted for 19-21 days, and (4) seedlings are transplanted to a field. The method solves the problems that in traditional tissue culture, the requirements for indoor propagating conditions are high, and pollution is prone to occurring during transplanting and provides a good basis for vegetative propagation of Vietnamese sophora root plants. Moreover, large-scale practicability realization and industrialization are easy, and a technical path which realizes high survival rate, low cost and strong practicability is provided for large scale tissue culture propagation, production and development in the future biotechnological field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to a method for cutting and propagating wild bean roots. Background technique [0002] Vietnamese Sophora Root (Vietnamese Sophora Root) is a plant of the genus Sophora in the dicotyledonous class Fabaceae. It is also known as Vietnamese Sophora, Guangdougen, and Hudoulian. It is mainly distributed in Guangxi, Guizhou, and Yunnan. Shandougen is a shrub with a height of 1-2m. It grows in limestone mountains or rock crevices at an altitude of 1000-2000m in subtropical or temperate zones. It grows in red soil or yellow soil, with a pH value of 4.5-5.5. Therefore, the artificial cultivation of wild bean root is not easy to realize. The dried roots and rhizomes of Shandougen are common traditional Chinese medicines, which can clear fire and detoxify, reduce swelling and relieve pain. The extract of the mountain bean root also has anti-tumor, anti-pathogenic microorganisms an...
