The invention relates to a high-head radial gate pneumatic active type water sealing
system used for controlling the opening and closing of a pressurized water seal in the position of a gate in a power
plant, which comprises an
air compressor, a pressure
storage tank,
control valves communicated with the pressure
storage tank, and a pressurized water seal. Three ways of pipelines are arranged at the upper end of the pressure
storage tank, and a pressure display controller is connected with a stop valve to form a first way of pipeline; a
safety valve is connected with a stop valve to form a second way of pipeline; a pressure gauge is connected with a stop valve to form a third way of pipeline, and the air outlet of the pressure storage tank is arranged at the lower end of the pressure storage tank. The front part of the pressure storage tank is communicated with the
air compressor, a temperature
signal indictor, a stop valve, a
check valve and another stop valve are arranged between the
air compressor and the pressure storage tank, the rear part of the pressure storage tank is communicated with the pressurized water seal, a
magnet directional valve is arranged between the pressure storage tank and the pressurized water seal, the front
pipe and the rear
pipe of the valve are communicated with pipelines, the other
pipe is communicated with a flow control valve and an air outlet, three ways of
branch pipelines are arranged between the
magnet directional valve and the pressurized water seal, the first way of the pipeline is an emergency air outlet; a
contact pressure gauge and a stop valve are arranged on the second way of the pipeline; a pressure
transmitter and a stop valve are arranged on the third way of the pipeline. The water sealing
system has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, sensitive reflection, simple failure predication, high
automation level and reliable operation in the
cold area under low-temperature environment.
