electric arc furnace, belonging to the field of metallurgical technology. The method includes the following steps: acquiring the power supply and
oxygen supply intensity information of the
electric arc furnace; setting the initial speed of the primary
dust collector and dynamic sealing fan based on the acquired information; acquiring the pressure and temperature information of the preheating duct outlet A, the pressure and temperature information of the dynamic seal B, and the
flue gas information; and the
control system dynamically adjusting the speed of the primary
dust collector and dynamic sealing
fan in real
time based on this information to achieve
adaptive matching of exhaust volume to meet operating conditions during the
smelting process. This invention enables the primary dust collector and dynamic sealing fan to adapt to the
smelting state of the
electric arc furnace, solving the problems of low outlet
flue gas temperature, poor sealing effect, and
flue gas
discharge from the dynamic sealing fan caused by relying on manual experience in traditional horizontal
continuous feeding systems.
