The invention provides bacteria-enzyme synergistically fermented feed containing stevia rebaudiana residues and an application of the feed. The feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 38-43 parts of the stevia rebaudiana residues after pre-fermentation with aspergillus niger, 6-12 parts of corn, 4.5-12 parts of soybean meal, 12-20 parts of DDGS, 11-20 parts of rice bran meal,0-15 parts of bran, 0-8 parts of stone powder, 0-0.3 part of 30% betaine, 0-0.7 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0-0.5 part of sodium chloride and 1-2 parts of glucose. A complex microbial agent accounting for 0.05-0.1% of the stevia rebaudiana residues is added to be mixed uniformly, a mixture is put into a breathing bag, the breathing bag is sealed, and fermentation is performed at 25-30 DEG C for 5-7 days. The feed can improve the production performance of laying hens and improve the air quality in a laying hen house; the slaughtering rate and the lean meat percentage of pigs can be increased, and the backfat thickness and the incidence rate are reduced; and the dry matter intake and the milk yield of dairy cows can be effectively improved, the number of somatic cells in milk is reduced,and the incidence rate of dairy cow mastitis is reduced.

By combining the use of the technology, the indoor wiring optical cable with a specification of 2*3mm realizes the practical effects of high strength and folding resistance.
