Problems solved by technology

However, if the flocculant produced by the above method is to be sold commercially and applied industrially, two problems must be solved: (1) the fermentation broth is directly sold as a flocculant, and the transportation cost is high due to the low concentration; (2) it is sold after separation and purification , then post-processing costs will greatly increase product costs

Embodiment 1

[0021] Example 1 The flocculation microbial strain A was obtained by separating and screening from the soil of the brewery factory area, inoculated 0.5% strain A seed suspension into the waste water of the saccharification workshop with 0.05% residual sugar after autoclaving, and aerated culture at 27°C for 48 hours, the fermentation liquid is the flocculant, and the flocculation rate of the flocculant to the kaolin suspension is about 95%. Add 5ml of this flocculant to 100ml of the concentrated sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank of the brewery sewage treatment workshop. After mixing evenly, the floc coagulation phenomenon will appear. After 20 minutes of natural settling, a solid-liquid boundary will appear, indicating that the flocculation and dehydration effect is good. .

Embodiment 2

[0022] Example 2 Separation and screening of flocculation microbial strain B from brewery activated sludge, inoculation of 2.0% strain B seed suspension into saccharification workshop wastewater with 0.05% residual sugar and pH 6.8, aeration culture at 35°C for 36 hours, the fermentation liquid is the flocculant, and the flocculation rate of the flocculant to the kaolin suspension is about 98%. Take the flocculant 3ml, 1% CaCI 2 Add 2ml to 100ml of the concentrated sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank of the brewery sewage treatment workshop. After mixing evenly, floc coagulation will appear. After 20 minutes of natural settlement, a solid-liquid boundary will appear, indicating that the flocculation and dehydration effect is good.

Embodiment 3

[0023] Example 3 Separation and screening of flocculating microbial strain C from brewery wastewater, inoculation of 1.0% strain C seed suspension into brewery wastewater after autoclaving with COD: 3000 mg / L, pH 7.0, aeration at 35°C After culturing for 60 hours, the fermented liquid is the flocculant, and the flocculation rate of the flocculant to the kaolin suspension is about 97%. Take the flocculant 3ml, 1% CaCI 2 1ml was added to 100ml of concentrated sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank of the brewery sewage treatment workshop. After mixing evenly, floc coagulation phenomenon appeared. After standing for 20 minutes of natural settlement, an obvious solid-liquid boundary line appeared, indicating that the flocculation and dehydration effect was good.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and a use method of a self-circulation microbial flocculant. The preparation method comprises the following steps of separating and screening a microbial strain having flocculation activity from activated sludge, waste water or soil produced by an organic waste water treatment factory, inoculating a seed medium with the microbial strain to obtain a seed suspension liquid, adjusting a pH value of organic waste water to 5.5-7.5, wherein the organic waste water is used as a fermentation medium directly or after disinfection, inoculating the fermentation medium with 0.5-5% of the seed suspension liquid, and carrying out aeration culture at a temperature of 25-37 DEG C for 24-72h to obtain a bacterium suspension or a supernatant as the self-circulation microbial flocculant. The self-circulation microbial flocculant can be directly used for dehydration of residual sludge and can also be used for dehydration of residual sludge after simple condensation or compounding with other flocculating agents. The preparation method utilizes nutrients in organic waste water to culture flocculation microbes so that the self-circulation microbial flocculant is obtained, and the self-circulation microbial flocculant is reused in residual sludge dehydration in organic waste water treatment so that self-circulation utilization is realized. The preparation method has simple processes, a low cost and good effects, realizes waste treatment by waste, and is conducive to residual sludge recycling application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation and application of microbial flocculants, in particular to a preparation and application method of a self-circulating microbial flocculant. technical background [0002] Flocculant is a substance that can coagulate and settle solid suspended particles that are not easy to settle in liquid, and is the main additive for sludge dewatering. There are two main types of traditional flocculants, one is inorganic type, such as iron salt, aluminum salt, etc.; the other is organic type, such as polyacrylamide. The flocculation effects of these two types of flocculants are relatively good, especially polyacrylamide flocculants, which are widely used because of their high flocculation and low production costs. However, in recent years, it has been found that the large amount of inorganic flocculant is likely to cause secondary pollution, and what is more serious is that frequent drinking of water with aluminum sal...
