Abstract

The invention discloses a powder puff based on application of polyurethane (PU), which satisfies application in baking and catering industries. The powder puff comprises the following components by mass percent: 85-95% of PU and 5-15% of auxiliary preparations, wherein PU comprises the following components by mass percent: 65-75% of carbamate compound and 15-25% of reaction hardening agent; the auxiliary preparations comprise the following components by mass percent: 3-8% of foaming agent and 0.5-1.5% of catalyst. The powder puff provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that a preparation method is simple; the material requirements are low, so that the local materials are conveniently obtained and large-scale processing is satisfied; in the mixture preparation process, the oily components in the carbamate compound are effectively neutralized through auxiliary cooperation of the reaction hardening agent and the foaming agent and the oily feeling of the carbamate compound is eliminated by utilizing the peculiar aroma of the catalyst; the powder puff is scientific and reasonable in formula and does not have any side effect.
