Abstract

The invention provides a novel plasma waste gasifier designed on the basis of the advantages of the PWR graphite arc method and the Plasma2Energy microwave method and capable of treating 30 tons of waste per day and discloses an integral pollution-free system which is formed through combination of the plasma waste gasifier and a solid oxide fuel cell produced by ZTEK Corporation and changes waste into energy, belonging to newest green power environmental protection technology. The system comprises the following five parts: the plasma waste gasifier, a heat exchanger, a washer, a power generation facility and an automatic control system. The system has the following main characteristic: the plasma waste gasifier, the main body of the system, is a vertical tower and is divided into three stages of gasification zones, wherein a first-stage gasification zone is located at the bottom of the tower and provided with four microwave generators and one graphite arc generator, a second-stage gasification zone is located at the middle part of the tower and provided with four microwave generators, and a third-stage gasification zone is located at the upper part of the tower and provided with four microwave generators.
