Abstract

The invention provides an indoor navigation system and method. The method is performed based on smart glasses and comprises the steps as follows: S1, a positioning sensor unit is adopted to acquire position information of a user; S2, a departure position and a destination position of the user are set in a navigation calculating unit according to the acquired position information of the user; S3, according to the departure position and the destination position of the user and in combination of an indoor map, the navigation calculating unit is adopted to calculate a navigation path between the two positions; S4, a data processing unit is adopted to perform real-time matching coverage between the indoor map navigation path and the real scene with a geometric projection method; and S5, an indicating unit is adopted to indicate the navigation path. According to the indoor navigation system and method, due to introduction of the smart glasses, the whole navigation system structure is simplified, the cost is reduced, furthermore, navigation information can be presented for the user in a more visual and humanized manner, and the overall system is higher in practicability and portability.
