The supermolecular composite retardance acidifying agent aims at the purpose of deep acidification through the slow reaction of the carbonate reservoir. According to the technical scheme, the supermolecular composite retardance acidifying agent is formed by maleic anhydride and a supermolecular polymer, wherein the supermolecular polymer is acrylamide with a cyclodextrin lateral group, and the mass ratio of the maleic anhydride to the supermolecular polymer is 0.4: 1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly weighting and putting 4g of maleic anhydride in a beaker, adding 10g of water so as to dissolve the maleic anhydride, thus obtaining a maleic anhydride solution, then weighting and putting 10g of acrylamide with the cyclodextrin lateral group in a beaker, adding 200g of water so as to dissolve the acrylamide with the cyclodextrin lateral group, thus obtaining a solution of the acrylamide with the cyclodextrin lateral group, pouring the two solutions into a 500mL-concial flask, putting the conical flask in a supersonic cleaner, and vibrating for 20 minutes at a room temperature, thus finally obtaining the supermolecular composite acidifying agent.
