The bio-organic fertilizer comprises 50-80% of livestock excrement, 20-50% of garbage fertilizer, 1-2% of 002# ganoderma lucidum, 10-15% of brown granulated sugar and a proper amount of water. The 002# ganoderma lucidum is in a liquid state and comprises yeast, photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria and actinomycetes; the living environment is clean water; the brown granulated sugar is added into the clean water to obtain living liquid, the ratio of water to sugar is 20:1, and the environment temperature is 5-35 DEG C; and 1g of yeast, 1g of photosynthetic bacteria, 1g of lactic acid bacteria and 1g of actinomycetes are added into the living liquid to obtain the bio-organic fertilizer.
