Abstract

The invention relates to an apricot kernel peel fermentation forage produced by solid state fermentation of multiple strains. The raw materials contain the following components: apricot kernel peel, a solid state fermentation medium, water and a compound microbial fermentation agent. The experimental results show that the apricot kernel peel fermentation forage produced by solid state fermentation of multiple strains disclosed by the invention increases the protein content of apricot kernel forage and reduces the content of toxic substance amygdalin. The rumen nylon bag degradation test shows that effective degradation rate of the crude protein and neutral detergent fiber in the fermented forage can be significantly improved.
