Abstract

The invention relates to a novel environment-friendly composite stopping agent capable of preventing coal spontaneous combustion and a preparing method of the novel environment-friendly composite stopping agent. The composite stopping agent comprises a macromolecular matrix, an inorganic stopping agent, a surface active agent and a reinforcing agent. The constituents of the composite stopping agent in an aqueous solution comprise, by mass, the macromolecular matrix occupying 3% to 8% and containing one or two types of polyvinyl alcohol and starch, the inorganic stopping agent occupying 0.5% to 2% and containing one or more of organic modification hydrotalcite, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium hydrate, the surface active agent occupying 1% to 3%, the reinforcing agent occupying 0.5% to 4% and the balance water occupying 83% to 95%, wherein the surface active agent is dodecylbenzene sodium sulfonate and the reinforcing agent is calcium hydroxide. The composite stopping agent is sprayed on the surface of coal under normal temperature, other devices and conditions are not needed, harmful gas and waste are not generated, and the composite stopping agent has not toxic and side effect on the human body and is environmentally friendly. Meanwhile, the composite stopping agent is good in physical moisturizing function and can effectively permeate through a coal seam, obtain large contact superficial area with the coal seam and well achieve the coal spontaneous combustion prevention function.
