Abstract

The invention discloses a perfluorooctyl-free nonpolar aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent which is characterized by being prepared from a fluorocarbon surfactant, a hydrocarbon surfactant, a foam additive and a proper amount of an organic solvent. The aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent has the advantages as follows: the fluorocarbon surfactant is a PFOS / PFOA (perfluorooctane sulfonate / perfluorooctanoic acid)-free fluorine-containing surfactant synthesized on the basis of perfluorobutylsulfonyl and perflurohexylsulphonyl, and when 1%-3.5% of the fluorocarbon surfactant is used, the 6% aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent is prepared and very low surface tension can be reached; an octyl sulfonate surfactant is added as the compounding hydrocarbon surfactant, so that the spreading performance of the foam extinguishing agent is improved and the surface tension of the foam extinguishing agent is reduced. The aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent passes the detection of China national authority-national fixed fire extinguishing system and fireproof member quality supervision and inspection center, and can replace a perfluorooctyl-surfactant-containing aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent.
