Abstract

The preparation method is simple, convenient and feasible; adoption of an inert gas for protection is avoided; the preparation process is mild in conditions; no harmful gas is generated. The praseodymium-based multi-ligand vulkacit has favorable solubleness in rubber, is long in sulfidization scorch time, good in vulcanization curve flatness, nontoxic, odor-less and pollution-free, can replace the system which is frequently used at present and adopt zinc oxide, stearic acid and a promoter, and is applied to high-performance tires and other rubber products.
