The electric deep-sea hydrothermal pressure-maintaining sampler comprises a sampling pipe, a sampling valve, an electronic control driver and a sampling barrel, wherein the electronic control driver comprises a driver cavity, a circuit cavity and a transmission screw rod which are arranged in a coaxial way; a motor is fixedly arranged in a sleeve; the sleeve is movably connected with the driver cavity, can move axially, but can not rotate; two limit switches are respectively arranged at the two ends of the motor; one end of the transmission screw rod is fixedly connected with a motor shaft in a coaxial way, and the other end of the transmission screw rod is connected with the end part of a sampling piston of the sampling valve; the sampling barrel comprises a sampling cavity, an energy storage cavity, a connector and an inflation valve body which are arranged in a coaxial way; one end of the sampling pipe is connected with a liquid inlet of the sampling valve; a liquid outlet of the sampling valve is connected with a liquid inlet through hole of the sampling cavity.
