Abstract

The low-frequency low-power-consumption ferrite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 69.2-70 parts of Fe2O3, 15.9-16.7 parts of MnO, 13.7-14.5 parts of ZnO, 0.02-0.05 part of CaCO3, 0.5-1 part of poly vinyl alcohol, 0.02-0.06 part of a dispersing agent and 0.01-0.03 part of a defoaming agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the components in parts by weight, mixing Fe2O3, MnO and ZnO, presintering at the temperature of 97-1070 DEG C, sanding for two hours while CaCO3, polyvinyl alcohol,the dispersing agent and the defoaming agent are added; spraying into the low frequency low power consumption ferrite material finished product by virtue of a spray tower while the temperature of an inlet is controlled to 430-510 DEG C and the temperature of an outlet is controlled to 100-180 DEG C.
