Abstract

The invention discloses a method for deep treatment on tea bag filter paper making bleach by using a nanofiltration membrane. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: sequentially feeding the tea bag paper making bleach into a flocculation settling pond and a fiber ball filter, separating the effluent by using the nanofiltration membrane to finally respectively obtain a concentrated solution and a penetration liquid which are subjected to tea bag paper making bleach membrane deep treatment, and recycling the penetration liquid to a tea bag paper making procedure or discharging out after being qualified. The method is efficient and energy saving, free of secondary pollution, and is particularly applicable to deep treatment on the tea bag filter paper making bleach.
