The invention discloses a synthetic method of a core-shell emulsion particle comprising hydroxyl on a surface layer and belongs to the technical field of synthetic methods of high molecular materials. The core-shell emulsion particle is prepared from the following raw materials: a nuclear layer consisting of a nuclear monomer BA (Butyl Acrylate), a crosslinking agent DVB (Divinylbenzene), an emulsifier SDS (Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate), an emulsifier (OP-10), an initiator KPS, deionized water (H2O) and a grafting agent ALMA (1mL), and a shell layer consisting of a shell monomer MMA (Methyl Methacrylate), a functional monomer VAc, an emulsifier SDS, an emulsifier (OP-10), an initiator KPS and 10mL of deionized water (H2O). By using vinyl acetate VAc as a functional monomer, a novel polybutyl acrylate-poly(methyl methacrylate-vinyl acetate) (PBA-P(MMA-VAc) core-shell emulsion particle is synthesized by a pre-emulsification-semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization process. The PBA-P(MMA-VAc) core-shell emulsion particle is alcoholized to obtain the PBA-P(MMA-VA)) core-shell emulsion particle comprising hydroxyl on the surface layer.
