The method is characterized by including the following steps that firstly, an instrument is placed downwards above an injection allocation water nozzle on a measurement layer, an upstream ultrasonic probe and a downstream ultrasonic probe simultaneously emit continuous ultrasonic waves into a well, and reflective liquid in a reflective liquid bin is released into the well under power drive; the instrument is moved to a measurement point, when reflective liquid drops flow through a region of the ultrasonic waves emitted by the ultrasonic probes, sound waves are reflected on the surfaces of the reflective liquid drops, and part of reflected waves are received by the upstream ultrasonic probe and the downstream ultrasonic probe; signal processing is conducted on the reflected waves received by the ultrasonic probes; secondly, a single probe completes ultrasonic Doppler flow velocity measurement; thirdly, the dual probes complete ultrasonic related flow velocity measurement.
