Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a carbon-supported alloy electrode of a fuel cell. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) ultrasonically dispersing activated carbon in an ethanol water solution for 3-4h at 25 DEG C, slowly adding chloroplatinic acid and ruthenium trichloride and stirring for 1.5h; (2) heating the stirred solution to be at 60-75 DEG C, regulating the PH value to be 8-9 with a sodium hydroxide solution, adding a formaldehyde reducing agent, and reacting for 2.5h at constant temperature; (3) carrying out suction filtration to reacted mixture, washing with distilled water for two times, drying at 120-150 DEG C to form PtRu / C catalyst; and (4) grinding a glassy carbon electrode and washing with ultrasonic waves. Compared with the prior art, the carbon-supported alloy electrode of the fuel cell, prepared by adopting the preparation method, has the high electrocatalytic activity.
