Abstract

The invention discloses a pilot signal sending and channel estimation method under a large-scale MIMO TDD wireless system. The method includes the steps that (1) channel information between base stations of adjacent cells is updated; (2) all adjacent cell users send pilot signals to the respective base stations in an interlaced mode; (3) the base stations conduct channel estimation on the users of the cells according to the channel information between the base stations and the pilot signals received from the users of the cells; (4) services are provided for the users according to channel estimation results, and the step (1) is executed again when the time period is reached. By means of the pilot signal sending and channel estimation method, the user experience degradation and throughput saturation effect caused by the problems such as pilot pollution can be eliminated fundamentally, the user experience is improved obviously, and the system throughput is increased.
