Abstract

The sludge filter-pressing method comprises the following steps: enabling the sludge to enter a sludge storage cavity; enabling high pressure water to enter a membrane cavity to filter-press the sludge in the sludge storage cavity; re-blowing the sludge into the sludge storage cavity and carrying out second filter-pressing on the sludge in the sludge storage cavity; emptying the pressing water inside the membrane cavity; re-blowing high pressure air into the sludge storage cavity; opening filter plates to enable sludge cakes to automatically fall on a material conveyor, wherein the sludge storage cavity is formed by two parallel membrane filter plates and a compartment type filter plate 3; the relatively sealed membrane cavity is formed by two membrane plates; an electro-osmotic filter-pressing step is carried out while carrying out the second filter-pressing step in the membrane cavity.
