The production technology steps comprises: A, performing first-time neutralization reaction; B, performing first-time settlement; C, performing second-time neutralization reaction; D, performing second-time settlement; and E, performing filtering, namely filtering a middle-layer turbid solution of a liquid phase obtained after the second-time settlement is performed, then merging the filtrate obtained after filtering and a supernatant clear liquid obtained after second settlement is performed, then concentrating, crystallizing, centrifuging and drying, so as to obtain industrial monoammonium phosphate.
