Materials of the magnetic conductive counter weight ring comprise, by weight, 30 to 80 meshes of iron powder, 3 to 8 % weight of the iron powder of manganese sulfide, 3 to 8 % weight of the iron powder sodium silicate and 6 to 12 % weight of the iron powder graphite powder. The production method of the magnetic conductive counter weight ring comprises the following steps of (1), mixing the materials to be uniform; (2) pressing the materials into an iron powder ring through an oil press and adjusting the pressure within a range from 3000 to 6000 MPa according to the sectional area of the iron ring; (3) arranging the iron powder rings into an electric furnace and enabling the temperature of the electric furnace to be from 400 to 800 degrees for 5 to 15 minutes firstly and then enabling the temperature to from 1000 to 1200 degrees for 5 to 15 minutes; (4) performing compression molding through a 300 to 600 ton oil press. The production method of the magnetic conductive counter weight ring has the advantages of utilizing waste materials, reducing energy consumption and accordingly reducing costs.
