Abstract

The process is as follows: adding waste residue and process water by utilizing an embedded type pipeline in an aeration mixing tank, blasting air in the aeration mixing tank by a blasting device at the lower end, so that Ca(OH)2 becomes carbonate precipitates. A high Cl-clear liquid at the upper layer of the mixing tank is overflowed by an overflow tube on the top of the tank. Under action of oxidizing air and water flow, fine alkaline suspended matters and impurity insoluble with small grain size are separated from lower-layer slurry by a reselecting principle through a filter net, wherein insolubles on the bottom are exhausted outsides by a slag outlet; and finally, deeply-treated CaCO3 slurry is exhausted by the slurry outlet. The exhausted CaCO3 slurry not only can be used as a wet-process desulfurizing agent, but also can be press-filtered and dehydrated as a calcium carbonate superfine material. The CaCO3 purified by the treatment method disclosed by the invention has excellent alkalinity and smaller particle dimension, so that cost is saved, stacking of chemical waste residues such as alkaline residue and carbide slag is reduced, and balanced development of economic and social benefits is realized.
