Abstract

The invention relates to a compound polyninylpyrrolidone sterilizing agent and a preparation method thereof. The sterilizing agent comprises the following components (by wt%): 2.0-10.0% of povidone-iodine PVP-I, 0.05-0.5% of vitamin A, 0.5-1.0% of potassium iodate KIO3, 0.5-1.0% of potassium iodide KI, 0.2-2.0% of chelating agent, 1.0-10.0% of organic solvent, a proper amount of pH modifier, and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the steps of a. dissolving the povidone-iodine PVP-I and potassium iodate KIO3 into a proper amount of purified water; b. adding the chelating agent and mixing uniformly; c. adding the potassium iodide KI and mixing uniformly; d. adding the vitamin A into the organic solvent and dissolving; e. adding a vitamin A solution d into a povidone-iodine solution c, and mixing uniformly; and f. adjusting the pH to be 7.0-8.0 with the pH modifier, so as to obtain the compound polyninylpyrrolidone sterilizing agent. The compound polyninylpyrrolidone sterilizing agent has stable property and strong sterilizing effect, and can promote wound healing.
