Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting a tumor marker through a novel biochemical sensor which is constructed based on integration of a biological probe and DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) circle amplification. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out connection modification on the surface of a magnetic ball through hairpin DNA and a precursor 1, adding telomerases for forming hairpin structures and further bonding with gold nanoparticles which are modified by a precursor 2 and marked with a large quantity of fluorescent molecules, and enhancing fluorescent signals through circle amplification; and finally, quantitatively analyzing telomerase in tumour cells by using the fluorescent signals so as to detect the tumor cells as soon as possible in medicine.

Description

technical field

[0001] A biosensor usually refers to an analytical device that is tightly combined with a biosensitive component and a converter, and has a selective and reversible response to a specific type of chemical substance or biologically active substance. It is an indispensable advanced detection and monitoring method for the development of biotechnology, and it is also a method for rapid and microanalysis of substances at the molecular level. Background technique

[0002] The main components of biosensors are receptors and transducers. The main working principle is that the substance to be measured enters the sensitive layer of the fixed biofilm through diffusion, and undergoes biological effects through molecular recognition. The information generated is light, heat, sound, etc. It is converted into a quantifiable and processable electrical signal by the corresponding signal converter, and then amplified and output by the secondary instrument, and the current valu...
