Problems solved by technology

In the process of operation, except for the operators of the argon blowing station and the patrolling steelmaking dispatchers, the operators of other processes can only know the argon blowing situation of the ladle in the argon blowing process through a single wireless telephone
The main disadvantages of this working method are: (1) The on-site production environment is harsh, and dispatchers frequently move around in various processes on site, which is prone to safety accidents
(2) The scene is noisy, and the communication quality is low when each process communicates through the wireless telephone, and the cost is high, which reduces the flow speed of the ladle between processes
The delay in time will reduce the temperature of molten steel, thereby increasing the cost of smelting
(3) Without the guidance of systematic production scheduling, it is impossible to inform the driver of the flow direction of the steel ladle in a timely manner, and the detailed automatic process data of the argon blowing operation cannot be seen, so that the next process cannot be prepared in advance for the ladle to enter the station
(4) There is no system coherence, and the business process of the subsequent process can only be manually notified by the steelmaking dispatcher

Abstract

The invention discloses a management system and method for a steel-making argon blowing ladle. The management system for the steel-making argon blowing ladle comprises a data collecting module, a data storing module, a data analyzing module, a state setting module, a thread managing module, a flow process controlling module and an interface displaying module. The method includes the steps that the PLC data collecting module collects data and sets all equipment in the working procedure in the corresponding state; the data analyzing module judges whether the ladle can exit or enter an argon blowing station; the flow process controlling module is displayed through an interface. The automation signal data are automatically collected through the on-site equipment, real-time logical analysis and judgment corrected to one second are supported by using network and data base resources, and signal data logs of a production site are stored. Operation of an operator on the client side is not needed, the production conditions of the on-site equipment are accurately reflected in time, and whether the ladle exits or enters the argon blowing station is displayed on a steel-making production scheduling system in real time. Mastery of on-site conditions for steel-making production scheduling of a steel-making enterprise is improved through real-time display of the human-computer interface.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of computer application, and in particular relates to a steelmaking argon blowing ladle management system and method. Background technique [0002] At present, the steelmaking plants of iron and steel enterprises have high process complexity, strong coordination between processes, fast and timely timing requirements, and high timeliness requirements for information acquisition of production preparation and completion of each process. At present, the scheduling of molten steel in steelmaking mainly depends on the on-site command and operation of steelmaking dispatchers, and the operation personnel in the central control room of the steelmaking argon blowing station operate the inbound, argon blowing and outbound ladles. During the operation, except for the operators of the argon blowing station and the patrolling steelmaking dispatchers, the operators of other processes can only know the argon blowing situati...
