The coating is characterized in that the component A comprises the following ingredients: epoxy resin, modified resin, conductive mica powder, rutile titanium dioxide, expansive graphite, antimonous oxide, aluminium hydroxide, ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol, melamine, white vermiculite, organobentonite, a dispersing agent, a flatting agent, a defoamer and a mixed solvent; and the component B comprises the following ingredients: polyamide resin, an assistant and a mixed solvent. The method comprises the following production processes: stirring, dispersing, grinding, proportioning, air drying and curing. The invention relates to a preparation method of a special epoxy heavy-anticorrosive, electrostatic-conducting and fire-retardant coating which is intensively applied to an exterior wall of a storage tank. The coating has special heavy-anticorrosive, electrostatic-conducting and fire-retardant functions, and can be widely applied to high-risk equipment such as a storage tank in chemical industry, and a fire of the storage tank can be effectively prevented and controlled.
