Abstract

The sand coating manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing a hammer handle by using a first metal material; S2, manufacturing a hammerhead sand mould by a sand ejection machine, wherein the hammerhead sand mould comprises a shell and a sprue cup, a through hole is formed in the bottom of the shell and the sprue cup can be mounted at the top of the shell and is communicated with an inner cavity of the shell; S3, fixedly mounting the shell and enabling a first end of the hammer handle to penetrate through the through hole formed in the bottom of the shell; clamping a second end of the hammer handle in the shell; S4, detachably mounting the sprue cup at the top of the shell and arranging a first pressing piece for fixing the sprue cup; S5, pouring a second metal material into the shell through the sprue cup; S6, wrapping the second end of the hammer handle with the second metal material in the shell, condensing to form a hammerhead, and integrally connecting the hammerhead with the hammer handle to form an alloy hammer; and S7, disassembling the first pressing piece and the sprue cup and separating the alloy hammer from the shell.
