Embodiment 1

[0032] (1) A 6×6 through-hole array is processed on the plexiglass substrate template 4 with a drilling machine, with a diameter of 0.5 mm, a hole depth of 0.25 mm, and a hole center distance of 1.5 mm. The base template 4 is slotted for positioning, and the base template 4 is placed on the raised position on the side of the base base 7 and the side of the side plate 8 .

[0033] (2) Perform silanization treatment on the above-mentioned base template 4 . Place the base template 4 in a vacuum drying oven, add 5uL of methicone dropwise, vacuumize for 15 minutes, and keep it for 40 minutes to carry out silanization treatment on the surface of the base template 4, which is conducive to the peeling of the PDMS from the base template 4 after curing.

Abstract

The invention discloses a producing method of a PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) lens. The producing method comprises the steps of: drilling a hole in a substrate template by utilizing a traditional method to obtain at least a through hole, and performing silanization treatment; controlling a pressure difference between two sides of a PDMS prepolymer liquid surface below the substrate template to enable the liquid surface to form a recess or protruded arc surface; curing and shaping through heating; forming the PDMS lens after stripping. The curvature radius (focal distance) of the lens produced by the method is easy to control; the focal distance depends on the curvature radius of the PDMS prepolymer liquid surface before the curing; the size of the curvature radius can be realized easily through controlling the pressure difference between the two sides of the liquid surface. The producing method of the PDMS lens has the characteristics of simple process, low cost and the like, and is suitable for production of micro- and nanoscale lenses and lens arrays in a large batch.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the processing field of polymer lenses, in particular to a method for manufacturing PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) lenses. Background technique [0002] PDMS is a high-molecular organosilicon compound with good light transmission, non-toxicity and non-flammability, which is widely used to make microchannels, fillers and optical components of microfluidic chip systems. Due to its good processability and light transmittance, it can be used to make micro-nano-scale lenses or lens arrays for optical detection. [0003] The processing methods of optical lenses and arrays include traditional physical grinding, hot melting, and hydrophobic control methods. Physical processing requires precision processing and polishing, and optical glass materials are expensive and processing costs are high. The hot melt method makes use of the fluidity of the polymer in the molten state to make lenses, but the design and development costs of the mold ...
