The invention relates to an acidification surfactant comprising the following components by weight: 5.5-6% of polyoxyethylene (9) fatty alcohol ether; 7.5-7.8% of alkyl phosphate di diethanol amine salt; 12.2-13.5% of polyoxyethylene (5-25) lauryl alcohol amine; 0.05-0.1% of perfluorinated caprylamide-1, 2-ethylidene methyl diethyl ammonium iodide; 0.05-0.1% of perfluorinated polypropylene oxide heptanol ether perfluorinated propionamido-1, 2-ethylidene methyl diethyl ammonium iodide; 8-8.5% of dodecylpyridinium chloride; 15.5-16.5% of ethylene glycol; and balance of water; as the acidification surfactant for oil-water wells, the acidification surfactant can be used for flowback of a residual acid solution after acidification reaction of the oil-water wells, the use method is as follows: 0.5-1% of the acidification surfactant is added into an acidification system, and the discharge degree of the residual acid solution is greater than 85%.
