The rapid seedling growing method is characterized in that in the step of treating the seeds before sowing, the germination acceleration on the seeds adopts a stratification mode; cold frames with the depth of 20cm-30cm are dug at a sun-exposed part and fine sand with the thickness of 10cm is spread at the bottom; a seed-sand mixture is spread in the cold frames for the thickness of 10cm and is covered with one layer of fine sand; an arch shed is established by a plastic film and is sealed, and the temperature in the shed is kept at 18-30 DEG C; a 700-time diluted solution of 70% thiophanate methyl is spread once every 5-7 days and the soil in the arch shed is turned once; and sprouts grow out after 12-20 days.
