The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises an external application traditional Chinese medicine and a wash-out traditional Chinese medicine, wherein the external application traditional Chinese medicine is prepared by airing and grinding the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials into powder by weight: 600-1000g of radix clematidis, 60-200g of fructus evodiae, 20-100g of Chinese prickly ash, 60-200g of Chinese gall, 30-100g of radix aconite, 30-100g of Aconite Root and 20-100g of Ligusticum wallichii; and the wash-out traditional Chinese medicine is prepared by airing and grinding the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials into powder by weight and uniformly mixing with black vinegar according to a ratio: 30-60g of radix clematidis, 30-60g of garden balsam stem, 50-80g of obscured homalomena rhizome, 20-45g of Sappanwood, 20-60g of frankincense, 20-40g of myrrh, 20-30g of folium artemisiae argyi, 50-80g of lycopodium clavatum and 200-400ml of black vinegar.
